Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PortyLink, operated by PortyLink. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you use PortyLink for.

The service

PortyLink lets organizations connect data sources such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console and make that data available to their team, AI agents and automations. PortyLink is currently in early access: features may change, and there is no uptime commitment yet.

Accounts

  • Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Organization owners and admins control who has access and what each person, agent or API key can see.
  • You must have the right to connect the data sources you connect, including your clients' accounts.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect. You give us permission to process it only to provide PortyLink to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI agents and API access

You decide which agents and keys can read which data. Outputs from AI agents are produced by those agents, not by PortyLink; check them before relying on them. Data you send to a third-party agent is governed by that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

  • Don't access data you aren't authorized to access, or try to reach other customers' data.
  • Don't overload, probe or disrupt the service, or work around rate limits or access controls.
  • Don't use PortyLink to break the law or the terms of the services you connect, including Google's.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Fees

PortyLink is free during early access. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans.

Ending your use

You can stop using PortyLink and delete your organization at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice. When an organization is deleted, its data and connections are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

PortyLink is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
