Getting started
PortyLink connects your clients' Google Analytics 4 and Search Console once, then lets your team, your AI agents and your automations read that data, with access you control per site.
Set up in five steps
- Create your organization. Sign up, confirm your email, and name your organization (usually your agency).
- Connect Google. Go to Connections → Connect Google and sign in with a Google account that can see your clients' Analytics and Search Console properties. Access is read-only. You can connect several accounts; PortyLink finds every property each one can see.
- Import your sites. Click Import sites from Search Console to create one site per client domain, linked to its Search Console property and, where the names match, its GA4 property. Fix any missing link on the site's page.
- Invite your team. Under Members, invite colleagues as admins, members or viewers.
- Connect an agent or automation. Add PortyLink to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor (how), or create an API key for n8n, Make or your own code (how).
Words we use
- Site: one client website, for example
client.com. - Data source: a GA4 property or Search Console property that a connected Google account can read. A site links to at most one of each.
- Connection: a Google account you signed in with. Disconnecting it revokes our access at Google.
- Agent: an AI app you connected through MCP. Each one sees only the sites and data you approved.
- API key: a credential for automations, limited the same way.
